DHS SP - FY26 Bread, Buns and Baked Goods H1 (July 1st thru December 31st) -Shapiro

Background
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is issuing this solicitation for the purchase and delivery of bakery food items to the Shapiro Center, located at 100 E. Jeffery Street, Kankakee, IL 60901.

The goal of this contract is to ensure a consistent supply of bread, buns, and baked goods for the facility's needs during the specified term.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for delivering bakery food items, specifically bread, buns, and other baked goods, to the Shapiro Center twice a week.

Deliveries are required on Mondays through Fridays between 8 AM and 4 PM. The contract term is from July 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from July 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Shapiro Center located at 100 E. Jeffery Street, Kankakee, IL 60901.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must comply with Standard Illinois Certifications throughout the term of the contract and any renewals.

They must certify that they are not in default on educational loans and have not received early retirement incentives as specified in Illinois law. Additionally, vendors must be legal entities authorized to conduct business in Illinois and may need to provide proof of insurance coverage as outlined in the solicitation.
