Background
The Illinois Department of Natural Resources is seeking a contractor for the design, commissioning, and construction of a new exhibit at the Jake Wolf Memorial Fish Hatchery.

The project requires a detailed shop drawing or sketch post-design phase, which must be approved before construction begins. The budget for this project is set at $150,000. Any subcontractors used must have an office within a 100-mile radius of the hatchery and fulfill specific elements of the contract work.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution and is expected to be completed within one year.

The design phase should be finalized within the first two months of contract execution, with restrictions on installation occurring between April 15, 2025, and July 31, 2025.
