Background
The Illinois State Police (ISP) is seeking a vendor to provide three (3) Toyota SUVs or equivalent vehicles as part of their operational needs. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the ISP has access to reliable and compliant vehicles that meet specific requirements for law enforcement use.

Work Details
The vendor will provide three (3) new, unused 2024 or 2025 Toyota SUVs or equivalent that meet the following specifications:

1. Neutral colors such as Magnetic Gray Metallic, Midnight Black Metallic, Mudbath, Terra, and Lunar Rock; no bright colors accepted.
2. Full-size SUV with off-road package including underbody skid plates and 4x4 capability.
3. Features adaptive suspension, modular roof rack, hybrid powertrain, locking rear differential, factory tinted windows, rubber floormats, and two key FOBs.
4. Vehicles must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and safety standards.
5. Delivery must include a minimum of one full tank of fuel and be completed within 90 days after contract execution. The vendor is responsible for ensuring all vehicles are prepared for delivery according to manufacturer specifications.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract will last for one (1) year from the date of execution, with the possibility of extensions up to a maximum total term of ten (10) years.

Place of Performance
Delivery will be made to the Illinois State Police Radio Lab located at 601 Sangamon Avenue, Springfield, IL 62702.
