The Illinois State Police (ISP) is seeking a vendor to provide Flying Cross brand name only uniform vest carrier system to include an external body armor uniform carrier, long and short sleeve undervest uniform shirts, and a duty belt suspender system. The quantity listing is a one-time purchase for evaluation purposes only. Quoted prices must be valid through June 30, 2024. Orders must be received within 30 days after receipt of the order. Vendor must agree to a partial shipment in case of a delay on the total order.
All deliveries must be received at the IL State Police Quartermaster, located at 3740 East Lake Shore Drive, Springfield Illinois.

Additionally, the solicitation includes details for long and short sleeve undervest uniform shirts including style, color, special instructions, sleeves details, emblems placement, minimum order requirements, and pre-production samples for approval.
Furthermore, the solicitation includes details for a duty belt suspender system with features such as adjustable and breathable padded straps, compatibility with duty belts and soft body armor, durability requirements and pre-production samples for approval.
