Continuous Operating Reference Stations (CORS) Software as a Service (SaaS) for Trimble Network IFB

Background
The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) is seeking to procure Continuous Operating Reference Stations (CORS) Software as a Service (SaaS) for the Trimble Network Managed Services (TNMS).

This initiative aims to enhance the management and operational efficiency of the CORS network, which is critical for accurate surveying and mapping. By utilizing vendor expertise in GNSS technology, IDOT intends to save resources that would otherwise be spent on hiring multiple experts in-house.

Work Details
The contract requires the vendor to provide the following services and products:
- 2 units of Infrastructure Service Contract Enabler (Part Number: 120101-00)
- 1 unit of TNMS One-time setup and configuration fee for Hosting Service (Part Number: 120102-00)
- 1 unit of TNMS Hosting - Fully redundant base Package including 30 CORS, 100 simultaneous users, and SQL Standard (Part Number: 120102-10)
- 24 units of TNMS Hosting - Add STN (Each) (Part Number: 120102-20)
- 50 units of TNMS Operation Per additional simultaneous user (Part Number: 120103-30)
- 1 unit of TNMS One-time setup and configuration fee for Operation Service (Part Number: 120103-00)
- 1 unit of TNMS Operation - Fully redundant base Package including 30 CORS, 100 simultaneous users, and SQL Standard (Part Number: 120103-10)
- 24 units of TNMS Operation - Add STN (Each) (Part Number: 120103-20).

The vendor must also ensure compliance with all mandatory specifications throughout the contract duration, including resolving any streaming service issues within 48 hours after being reported by IDOT.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract will commence upon execution and will last for a period of ten years. The maximum total term, including any renewals or extensions, shall not exceed ten years.

Place of Performance
All services and data must be located within the continental United States.
