The Vendor will support the HRI Project through various services including:

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution and continue for a period not to exceed five (5) years, with potential extensions not exceeding ten (10) years in total.

The Vendor must demonstrate experience as a prime contractor on at least three large-scale public information or outreach campaigns within the past five years.
