Cisco DUO subscription 2026

Background
The Village of Schaumburg, IL, is the largest center of economic development in Illinois outside Chicago, with a significant amount of retail, office, and industrial space. The Village aims to enhance its technological capabilities through the procurement of Cisco DUO subscription services for 2026.

Work Details
The contract involves the purchase and delivery of Cisco DUO annual licenses and support. Specifically, the Village is seeking firm pricing for:
1) 720 units of DUO Advantage Annual License (Part Number: DUO-ADVANTAGE),
2) 1 unit of Cisco Duo subscription (Part Number: DUO-SUB), and
3) 1 unit of Cisco Duo Basic Support (Part Number: SVS-DUO-SUP-B). This contract continues the Village's existing DUO services.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and will cover the period leading up to February 19, 2026, when the current subscription ends.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations within Schaumburg, Illinois, as specified in the contract documents.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide certificates of insurance evidencing comprehensive general liability coverage of at least $1 million per occurrence and $2 million policy limit. Additionally, automobile liability insurance of at least $1 million combined single limit and workers’ compensation as required by statute are necessary. Bidders must also comply with Equal Employment Opportunity requirements and submit a Detail Exceptions Sheet with their bid response.
