Chicago Parking Lot Replacement

Background
The Illinois Secretary of State is seeking professional services to make minor repairs and fill existing potholes, apply sealer and restripe to the existing layout of the facilities asphalt parking lots. The work will be conducted at the three (3) Chicago Driver Services Facility parking lots located at 5301 Lexington Ave., 9901 S. Martin Luther King Drive, and 5401 N. Elston Ave. Chicago, Illinois.

Work Details

The work will be conducted at the three (3) Chicago Driver Services Facility parking lots located at 5301 Lexington Ave., 9901 S. Martin Luther King Drive, and 5401 N. Elston Ave. Chicago, Illinois.

Period of Performance
The resulting contract with the awarded Bidder shall have an initial term of upon execution for a term of three years.
In no event will the total term of the contract, including the initial term, any renewal terms, and any extensions exceed ten (10) years.

Place of Performance
The work will be conducted at the three (3) Chicago Driver Services Facility parking lots located at 5301 Lexington Ave., 9901 S. Martin Luther King Drive, and 5401 N. Elston Ave. Chicago, Illinois.
