The City of Belleville, St. Clair County, Illinois, will receive sealed bids for the construction of the BICENTENNIAL PARK SPLASH PAD IMPROVEMENTS until 10:00 a.m. on November 19, 2024, at the office of the City Clerk 101 S Illinois Street, Belleville, Illinois. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:00 a.m. on November 19, 2024. The sealed bids must be delivered to the City Clerk, during regular business hours, prior to the stated bid opening time. This project includes construction of a parking lot, concrete curb, concrete sidewalk, decorative fence, shade structure and all other work required to construct the improvements to the splash pad in Bicentennial Park in Belleville Illinois. The City will be taking alternate bids to construct the parking area of either concrete or asphalt according to the typical sections provided within the plans.
