Background
The State of Illinois, through its Central Management Services, is issuing a Small Business Set-Aside solicitation to establish janitorial services at the facility located at 7301-7337 N. Lincoln, Lincolnwood, IL 60712.

The goal of this contract is to maintain the safety, health, and performance of individuals within state facilities that do not have employed janitorial staff.

Work Details
The vendor will provide Five-Day Janitorial Service at L6828, working Monday to Friday from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm. Specific services include:

- Thorough cleaning of all restrooms using ammonia and acid disinfectants.
- Daily replenishment of toilet paper and soap dispensers.
- Mopping floors with cleaning solutions.
- Vacuuming carpets.
- Emptying wastebaskets with proper liners.
- Removing writing from walls.
- Cleaning lunchroom areas including tabletops and sinks.
- Cleaning mirrors without streaks.

On an as-needed basis, additional janitorial duties may be performed upon mutual agreement with the CMS Facility Manager. The vendor must supply all necessary janitorial supplies and equipment, ensuring they are environmentally preferable products certified by recognized standards.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on May 1, 2025, or upon execution and will end on June 30, 2033.
