5 Day Janitorial J0200 MABB Judges Qrtrs

Background
The Central Management Services (CMS) of the State of Illinois is issuing this solicitation for a five-year janitorial contract specifically for the Judges Quarters located at J0200, MABB, 160 N. LaSalle, Chicago, IL. The goal of this contract is to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in state facilities where janitorial staff are not otherwise employed. This solicitation is exclusively open to registered Small Business Set-Aside Vendors.

Work Details
The vendor will provide comprehensive janitorial services five days a week (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and state holidays. Services include:

- Daily cleaning of restrooms, offices, private quarters, courtrooms, general office areas, lunchrooms, mail rooms, engineering offices, hallways, library/reading rooms, elevator corridors, coat closets, public restrooms, locker restrooms, daycare restrooms, and stairwells.

- Specific tasks include scouring and disinfecting basins and toilets in restrooms; dusting and wiping furniture in offices; vacuuming carpets; emptying waste receptacles; cleaning floors with appropriate solutions; and high dusting as needed.

- Quarterly tasks include dusting mini-blinds and performing deep cleaning of hard surfaces.

- The vendor must also be available for bio-hazard cleaning as required and ensure that all cleaning products are environmentally preferable.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on August 1, 2026, or upon execution of the contract for a duration of five years.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered as Small Business Set-Aside Vendors in the Illinois Procurement Gateway (IPG) at the time of bid submission. They are required to have a minimum of two years' experience operating as a legally established commercial janitorial company and must demonstrate a proven track record by providing comprehensive janitorial services for commercial or governmental properties. Additionally, bidders must comply with prevailing wage laws and submit various documentation including an IPG Active Registered Vendor Disclosure and a completed Pricing Worksheet.
