'27 AG Office Supplies

Background
The Office of the Attorney General (OAG) of Illinois is seeking to procure general office supplies to meet its operational needs. The goal of this contract is to replenish stockroom supplies as needed and ensure timely delivery to various office locations throughout the state. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Attorney General’s Procurement Rules and the Illinois Procurement Code.

Work Details
The contract involves providing general office supplies as specified in Exhibit A of the solicitation document. The vendor must supply cost information for each item listed, including toner cartridges. All products must be new; equivalent, recycled, or refurbished products are not acceptable. Timely delivery is required within 3-7 days after an order is placed, with real-time updates on delivery status expected from the vendor. The vendor must also confirm delivery details prior to dispatch.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on July 1, 2026, and will run through June 30, 2027, with two optional one-year renewal periods available.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will be made to the main offices located at:
- 115 S. LaSalle Street, 23rd Floor, Chicago, IL 60603
- 500 S. 2nd St., Springfield, IL 62701.
Additional deliveries may be required at various satellite and regional offices across Illinois.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must comply with specific requirements including holding a Department of Human Rights Public Contracts Number if employing fifteen or more full-time employees. Vendors must also disclose any subcontractors involved in contracts valued at $25,000 or more and provide proof of compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
