Traveling Screen Repair Parts

Background
The Idaho Department of Fish and Game (IDFG) is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the purchase and delivery of Traveling Screen Repair Parts. The goal of this contract is to procure necessary parts to maintain operational efficiency in their facilities.

Work Details
The contract involves providing the following Traveling Screen Repair Parts:

1) Safari Belting - 40 units;
2) Safari Belting Sprocket - 25 units;
3) 60”x1-1/4”x1-1/4” White UHMW Plastic Strips - 12 units;
4) 60”x½”x3” White UHMW Plastic Strips - 12 units;
5) Side Mount Take Up Frame - 2 units;
6) Ball Bearing Take Up Unit - 2 units.

All parts must meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation, including being new and conforming to current engineering practices.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to include a delivery timeline as specified by the contractor in their bid response.

Place of Performance
Delivery will be made to the Idaho Department of Fish and Game, Hagerman Hatchery, located at 16060 State Fish Hatchery Road, Hagerman, ID 83332.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide proof of insurance coverage as specified, including Commercial General Liability Insurance with a minimum limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence and Workers Compensation Insurance. Bidders must also be an authorized dealer or re-seller for the products quoted and must not be debarred or suspended from federal procurement programs.
