TL S Widening & Reconstruction

Background
The City of Boise, Idaho, is issuing a formal bid for the TL S Widening & Reconstruction project aimed at providing necessary improvements for airport tenant Micron Technology's new hangar and apron facility. The project also includes upgrades to the sanitary sewer system in the area. This initiative aligns with the city's mission to enhance infrastructure and support economic development.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
1) Improvements for Micron Technology's hangar and apron facility;
2) Upgrades to the sanitary sewer system;
3) Various construction tasks including full depth asphalt removal, drainage inlet removal, installation of new sewer pipes, and pavement marking.

Specific tasks include:
- Contractor Quality Control Program
- Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan
- Erosion and Sediment Control
- Mobilization
- Full Depth Shoulder Removal (4,470 SY)
- Full Depth Asphalt Removal (9,640 SY)
- Drainage Inlet Removal (1 EA)
- Installation of various sizes of gravity sewer pipes (8", 12", 18")
- Installation of new manholes and headwalls
- Temporary construction items
- Pavement rehabilitation.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from May 6, 2026, until June 3, 2026.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Boise Airport in Boise, Idaho.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit a bid security in the form of a bid bond or certified check amounting to five percent (5%) of the bid amount. Bidders are required to register through JAGGAER for electronic submission of bids. All bids must be signed; unsigned bids will not be accepted.
