PWCC Dishwasher Hobart CL44EN-BAS

Background
The Idaho Department of Correction is seeking quotes for a Dishwasher, specifically the Hobart CL44EN-BAS or an equivalent model. The purpose of this request is to procure a dishwasher for the Pocatello Women’s Correctional Center (PWCC) as part of their fiscal year 2025 budget.

Work Details
The contractor is required to deliver and install one Dishwasher, Hobart CL44EN-BAS or equivalent, with the following specifications:
- Electrical must be 208/60/3
- Must be electric heat
- Processor control module must be top mounted and digitally display wash and final rinse temperatures with self-diagnosis capability and delime notification.
- Must have vent fan control, dirty water indicator, and low temperature alert.
- Final rinse must be convertible for hot or low temp; set for low temp from factory or during installation.
- Motor must be minimum 2HP, self-draining stainless steel with removable pump screen for cleaning.
- Must have flat and deep basket scrap screen.
- Minimum 1/6HP conveyor belt driven capable of running a minimum of 200 racks per hour.
- Automatic tank fill included.
- Insulated hinged double access doors with interlock switches required.
- Must accommodate 18” x 26” sheet pans and include thermal layer curtains at entrance, exit, and between wash and final rinse zones. All components including tank, chamber, frame, legs, control box, doors, panels, wash arms must be stainless steel.

The contractor will also provide installation by factory authorized technicians within two calendar days from the installation start date. Training for staff on equipment use and preventive maintenance is required immediately following installation.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to complete delivery and installation within two calendar days after the agreed start date. Quotes are due by August 25, 2025.

Place of Performance
Delivery and installation will take place at the Pocatello Women’s Correctional Center located at 1451 Fore Road, Pocatello, ID 83204.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit their total cost on Exhibit B Price Sheet along with all required submittal items including manufacturer specification cut sheets on item(s), warranty information, and a signature page. Vendors quoting equivalent items must provide detailed information demonstrating that their products meet all specifications.
