Background
The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Division of Behavioral Health, is seeking quotes for ongoing pest control services at the State Hospital South (SHS) campus located in Blackfoot, Idaho. The previous contract for these services was held by WB Sprague Company Inc., valued at $31,580, which has now expired. The Department aims to establish a new contract to continue meeting the pest control needs of the facility.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive pest control services at the SHS campus. This includes but is not limited to: regular inspections, treatment plans for various pests, emergency response to pest infestations, and adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations.

Specific requirements are detailed in Exhibit C of the solicitation documents. The contractor must also submit a fully loaded cost proposal that includes all operating and personnel expenses such as overhead, salaries, profit, insurance, supplies, chemicals, permits, licensing, travel, implementation, transition, and quality improvement.

Period of Performance
The initial contract term is anticipated to be three years from June 15, 2025 to June 14, 2028. There is a possibility for extensions upon mutual written agreement not exceeding a total of five years.

Services will be performed at the State Hospital South campus located at 700 East Alice, Blackfoot Idaho 83221.

Bidder Requirements
