Pest Control Services

Background
The State of Idaho, through its Division of Purchasing, is seeking to procure pest control services to ensure the health and safety of its facilities.
The goal of this contract is to provide effective pest management solutions that align with the state's operational needs and regulations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive pest control services, including but not limited to:
- Regular inspections
- Treatment for common pests (such as rodents, insects, and termites)
- Preventive measures to avoid future infestations.

The contractor must adhere to all state regulations regarding pest control and use environmentally safe products whenever possible. Services will also include emergency response for pest-related issues as they arise.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution and is expected to last for a period of one year, with options for renewal based on performance and mutual agreement between the parties.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various state facilities located throughout Idaho.
