On-call Marketing and Creative Agency Services

Valley Regional Transit (VRT) is inviting proposals for On-call Marketing and Creative Agency Services as detailed in the contract documents for RFP REG-BASE-26-2. Proposals must be submitted via email to procurement@ridevrt.org by 4:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, April 2, 2026.

Any questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. MT on Thursday, March 19, 2026. Questions can be directed to Kevin Womack, VRT Procurements, at procurement@ridevrt.org with the subject line: RFP REG-BASE-26-2.

This project is federally funded and involves professional services to establish a Service Agreement for On-call Marketing and Creative Agency Services to assist with VRT's marketing, education, and outreach initiatives.

To evaluate proposals, the Owner will consider all acceptable submissions based on the procurement package and the proposal's responsibility. Before awarding a contract, the Owner will conduct necessary investigations to assess the Offeror's performance record and ability to fulfill the contract requirements. Offerors must provide evidence of authority to sign with their submissions.

Valley Regional Transit reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive nonmaterial irregularities, and accept the proposal that serves its best interests. Disadvantaged business enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals and will not face discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or disability.
