Offroad Motorcycles

Background
The Idaho Department of Fish and Game (IDFG) is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the purchase and delivery of fifteen (15) Offroad Motorcycles. The motorcycles will be utilized by enforcement officers to patrol areas that are not accessible by trucks or all-terrain vehicles, specifically in extremely dusty and steep terrain, treed mountainous terrain, and dirt trails.

Work Details
The contract includes the provision of the following motorcycles:

1. Two (2) 200cc Motorcycles (e.g., Yamaha TW200 or equal)
2. One (1) 200cc Rokon Trail-Breaker or equal
3. Five (5) 250cc Motorcycles (e.g., Honda CRF250X, YZ Yamaha 250F, or equal)
4. Four (4) 300cc Motorcycles (e.g., Beta 300 RR or equal)
5. One (1) 350cc Motorcycle (e.g., KTM 350 EXCF or equal)
6. Two (2) Honda CRF300L motorcycles only, with no substitutions allowed.

Each motorcycle must meet specific requirements including engine specifications, weight limits, fuel capacity, and safety features such as spark arrestors and hydraulic brakes. Additionally, the contractor must provide operation manuals and parts manuals for each motorcycle at the time of delivery.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed upon award and is expected to include a delivery timeline as specified in the solicitation documents.

Place of Performance
Delivery will take place at the Idaho Department of Fish and Game located at 159950 N Gate Blvd, Nampa, Idaho 83687.
