ODP Agency Printing Services

Background
The Idaho Office of Drug Policy (ODP) is responsible for leading drug and substance misuse prevention efforts in Idaho. The agency aims to build collaborative partnerships, improve access to high-quality primary prevention programs, and implement public awareness and education initiatives to reduce substance abuse statewide.

To support these efforts, ODP requires a variety of marketing, administrative, and operational printing services on an ongoing basis.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a range of printing services including but not limited to: booklets, brochures, flyers, folders, magnets, stickers, posters, rack cards, retractable banners, table tents, and wall clings. Specific requirements include:
- Brochures with various fold types (e.g., trifold, half-fold) and dimensions (e.g., letter size 8.5" x 11").
- Rack cards in multiple sizes (e.g., 4" x 8.5", 3.5" x 8.5").
- Multi-page booklets ranging from 4 to 20 pages with binding options like saddle-stitching.
- Stickers in various shapes and sizes (e.g., circles, rectangles).
- Flyers printed in full color on specified paper weights.
- Magnets with specific dimensions and thickness.
- Folders available in pocket or gatefold styles.
- Posters printed in full color on various paper stocks.
- Retractable banners made from vinyl or polyester.
- Wall clings made from adhesive vinyl with specified dimensions.
- Table tents printed in an A-frame style with score lines for folding.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract is one year with the possibility of renewal for up to five years based on mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
The printing services will be performed primarily at the contractor's facilities but may also involve delivery to locations such as the Idaho RADAR Center and the Office of Drug Policy in Boise, Idaho.
