Network Switch Enterprise Agreement Licenses

Background
The West Ada School District (WASD) is the largest school district in Idaho, serving approximately 40,000 students across 59 school sites.
The district spans 382 square miles and is located within eight municipalities.
WASD is seeking proposals for Cisco/Meraki Network Switch Enterprise Agreement Licenses to support its existing infrastructure and will apply for Category One E-Rate funding for the years 2026-2031.

Work Details
The contract involves providing Cisco/Meraki Enterprise licenses or equivalent for various Cisco switches currently used by the district.

The licenses must allow integration with the district's Meraki dashboard for centralized management and monitoring. Proposals must also include annual pricing as per E-Rate rules.

Period of Performance
The anticipated contract term is five years from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2031.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within the geographic boundaries of the West Ada School District in Idaho.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have a valid USAC Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) and a current FCC Registration Number (FRN).
They must be in good standing with the FCC and the State of Idaho. Vendors are required to understand E-Rate eligibility rules and provide documentation that demonstrates compliance. Additionally, vendors should have local experienced solutions engineers and preferably an office located in Idaho's Treasure Valley.
