Background
The City of Boise, Idaho, is seeking proposals for Compost Hauling Services to establish Price Agreement contracts with responsible haulers on an as-needed basis. The agency aims to meet the compost hauling needs of the city while ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.

Work Details
The contract involves providing compost hauling services for various volumes of compost from the City’s Twenty Mile South Compost Facility (23600 W Cloverdale Road) to multiple locations within Boise. Required services include:

1. Fixed Location Deliveries to the City’s two compost giveback sites:
- Joplin Giveback Site: Proposers must provide a cost per ton for driver, truck, and compost hauling. The proposed truck capacity must be at least 15 tons and capable of navigating the haul route.
- Idaho Botanical Garden Giveback Site: Similar requirements as above for cost per ton for hauling.

2. Residential Program Deliveries: Proposers must provide a price per mile to haul 12-15 tons of compost from the facility to various residential locations within Boise City boundaries. The truck must be capable of navigating urban routes and accessing residential delivery sites.

Period of Performance
The contract will be established on an as-needed basis, starting from the proposal acceptance date until further notice or until the terms are fulfilled.

Place of Performance
The primary location for performance will be the City’s Twenty Mile South Compost Facility (23600 W Cloverdale Road) and various locations within Boise City.
