Laboratory Quality Management System Software

Background
The State of Idaho is seeking to procure a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) Laboratory Quality Management System (QMS) Software. This initiative is part of the Division of Management Services' efforts to enhance the operational efficiency and compliance of laboratory services within the state.

The goal is to implement a robust software solution that meets the quality management needs of laboratories, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and improving overall service delivery.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a COTS Laboratory Quality Management System Software that includes features such as:
- Document control management
- Audit management
- Non-conformance tracking
- Corrective and preventive action (CAPA) management
- Training management
- Risk management tools
- Reporting and analytics capabilities.

The software must be user-friendly, scalable, and capable of integration with existing systems used by the State's laboratories. The contractor is responsible for installation, configuration, training for staff, and ongoing support and maintenance.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution and is expected to last for an initial term of up to five years, including any renewal options as mutually agreed upon by both parties.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in various locations across the State of Idaho where laboratory services are provided.
