ITD D2 Administration Building Janitorial Services

Background
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) is seeking to procure janitorial services for the D2 Administration Building. The goal of this contract is to ensure a clean and sanitary environment for the agency's operations, thereby supporting its mission of providing a safe and efficient transportation system in Idaho.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive janitorial services at the ITD D2 Administration Building. This includes but is not limited to:

- Daily cleaning of offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Dusting and sanitizing surfaces.
- Vacuuming carpets and mopping floors.
- Emptying trash receptacles.
- Restocking supplies in restrooms and break rooms.
- Ensuring that all areas meet health and safety standards.

The contractor must also provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective for a period of one year from the date of award, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and availability of funds.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the Idaho Transportation Department's D2 Administration Building located in Idaho.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Vendors are required to provide proof of insurance coverage as specified in the solicitation documents. Additionally, bidders must demonstrate experience in providing similar janitorial services and may be required to submit references from previous clients.
