Fire Station 10 Landscape and Irrigation (GBP 177)

Background
The City of Boise, Idaho, is issuing a solicitation for the replacement of the existing irrigation system and landscaping at Fire Station 10.

The Public Works Department aims to enhance the facility's exterior through this project, which includes the removal of outdated systems and installation of new landscaping features. Work Details
The contract involves several key tasks:
1) Demolition of existing conditions related to landscaping and irrigation, including saw cutting existing asphalt and stump removal;
2) Installation of a new irrigation system that is fully functional;
3) Landscaping work that includes planting trees, shrubs, and mulch as specified in the project documents;
4) Removal and replacement of a monument sign as per design specifications.

Additionally, there is an alternate bid item for a pump station that may be included based on project needs.
