Concourse A Apron Phase 2 Construction

Background
The City of Boise, Idaho, is issuing a formal bid for the Concourse A Apron Phase 2 Construction project. The goal of this contract is to construct a new commercial PCC concrete apron as part of the airport's infrastructure improvements. The City aims to enhance operational efficiency and safety at the airport while ensuring compliance with FAA specifications.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
- Demolition of existing items
- Excavation
- Grading
- Stormwater management
- Importing FAA-specified materials
- PCC concrete paving
- Asphalt paving
- Electrical work
- Installation of signs and pavement markings.

Specific tasks include: Contractor Quality Control Program (CQCP), Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), asphalt milling (3" depth and full depth), removal of existing storm drain inlets and manholes, underdrains, natural gas lines, fiber-optic lines, sanitary sewer structures and lines, fence removal, shade hangar concrete foundation removal, unclassified excavation, unsuitable excavation, subbase course installation, crushed aggregate base course installation, bituminous surface course installation (PG 70-28), concrete pavement installation, emulsified asphalt tack coat application, shotcrete application for valley gutters, and new pavement markings with reflective beads and without reflective beads.

Period of Performance
The contract period is from February 18, 2026 to March 18, 2026.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Boise Airport in Boise, Idaho.
