Alta Harris Park - Eckert Road Frontage Improvements

Background
The City of Boise, Idaho, is issuing a formal bid for the Alta Harris Park - Eckert Road Frontage Improvements project. The mission of this project is to enhance the park's infrastructure and utilities to better serve the community. The goal is to complete approved frontage improvements and utility installations at Alta Harris Park.

Work Details
The scope of work for this contract includes:
- Saw cutting, demolition, and removal of existing asphalt paving.
- Minor site grading, earthwork, and drainage.
- Utility installation, including sewer and potable water systems.
- Installation of irrigation systems.
- Landscape installation and repair.
- Installation of gates and securing the site.

Additional tasks include mobilization, erosion and traffic control, concrete hardscape installation, asphalt installation, signage and striping installation, irrigation system setup, landscaping with compost and sod, and securing the project site with gates and barriers.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from May 12, 2025, until June 4, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Alta Harris Park in Boise, Idaho.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide a bid security in the form of a bid bond or certified check amounting to five percent (5%) of the bid amount. Bidders are required to submit electronic bids through the JAGGAER platform and must ensure that all bids are signed. Additionally, any plumbing, HVAC or electrical work intended to be self-performed must comply with state licensing requirements.
