Woodland Cemetery Road Reconstruction

Background
The City of Des Moines, Iowa, is seeking a qualified contractor to undertake the Woodland Cemetery Road Reconstruction project. The goal of this contract is to improve the road infrastructure at Woodland Cemetery, enhancing accessibility and safety for visitors.

Work Details
The work includes:
- Pavement removal

Period of Performance
The contractor is expected to commence work after June 2, 2025, and complete the project by September 1, 2025. Liquidated damages of $500 per calendar day will be imposed for any delays beyond this completion date.
