Background
The State of Iowa is seeking bids for vending machines specifically designed for the Department of the Blind. 1. Frozen vending machine (U Select it Evoke 3) - 1 unit, featuring LED lighting, ADA compliance, and optional touchscreen.
2. Coffee vending machine (U Select it Geneva Fresh Brew) - 2 units (one with pre-ground coffee and one with whole bean coffee), both meeting ADA requirements.
3. Snack vending machines (U Select it Evoke 4, 5, and 6) - 3 units, each with various configurations and options for motors and touchscreens.
4. Additional components such as bill acceptors, coin mechanisms, cashless payment devices, and delivery services are also included in the bid specifications. All machines must be delivered fully operational and tested prior to installation.

Period of Performance
The contract term will commence on March 25, 2026, and conclude on March 24, 2027. The agency has the option to renew the contract for up to five additional annual extensions.

The delivery location is specified as the Iowa Department for the Blind warehouse in Des Moines, IA.

Bidder Requirements
