Student Group Travel Planning Services

Background
Iowa State University of Science and Technology (ISU) is seeking qualified contractors to provide travel planning services for student group travel. The goal of this contract is to facilitate educational travel experiences for students in various fields, enhancing their learning through international exposure and industry-specific activities.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive travel planning services for four distinct study abroad trips:
1) Exploring Hospitality and Event Management in the Arab World (Winter 2025/2026),
2) Experiencing Kinesiology in Ireland (May 2026),
3) For the Love of Food and Italy (May 2026), and
4) Fashion Across Borders in Europe (Summer 2026). Each trip will require assistance with in-country transportation, hotel accommodations, activity bookings, and overall support for program directors. Specific requirements include:
- Detailed quotes with line item pricing per student, including costs for non-paying faculty leaders.
- Itineraries that incorporate industry-specific activities suitable for each field of study.
- Emergency, security, and safety information prior to travel.
- Regular communication with ISU staff to finalize itineraries and coordinate arrangements.
- A local expert fluent in English and relevant regional languages must accompany the group during travel.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on September 1, 2025, and conclude on August 31, 2026, covering the duration of the planned trips.

Place of Performance
Travel locations include Dubai and Abu Dhabi (UAE), Dublin (Ireland), Rome, Tuscania, Florence, Parma (Italy), London, Paris, and Milan (Europe).

Bidder Requirements
