SNAP/FIP/RCA Eligibility System

Background
The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services is seeking to procure an eligibility system for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Family Investment Program (FIP), and Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA) programs.
