Background
Iowa State University of Science and Technology (ISU) is soliciting information from qualified contractors to provide refurbished uninterruptible power supply (UPS) batteries. The goal of this contract is to ensure that ISU has reliable power supply solutions for its operations.

Work Details
Contractors are required to provide refurbished uninterruptible power supply (UPS) batteries, specifically including models such as Refurbished APC SYBT4, SYBT5, APCRBC118, APCRBC117, APCRBC115, APCRBC105, SMX3000RMLV2UNC, Battery pack SMX120RMBP2U, and SMX1500RM2UNC. Each model must be compatible with the APC 16KVA Symmetra LX UPS.

The estimated volume for these batteries ranges from 26 to 200 units depending on the model. Additionally, contractors must provide warranty information and catalog discount details for other models offered.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to last until all products are delivered and accepted by ISU. The response deadline for proposals is set for July 25, 2025.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to Iowa State University located at 2221 Wanda Daley Drive, Ames, IA 50011-1004.

Bidder Requirements
Contractors must comply with the eProcurement platform requirements of ISU and may need to integrate their catalog with the EqualLevel e-procurement software.

They should ensure that invoices include sufficient detail to support payment requests and comply with payment terms outlined in the contract.
