Paper & Print Shop Products for DAS Print Shop

Background
The Iowa Department of Administrative Services is seeking eligible Bidders to provide paper and printing supplies for office and print shop use. The goal of this Request for Bids (RFB) is to solicit bids from qualified providers to supply the necessary goods and/or services to the Lead Agency and any Participating Agencies. The resulting contract will not be exclusive and is intended to benefit the Lead Agency by providing competitive information for selection.

Work Details
Bidders are required to provide a variety of paper and printing supplies, including but not limited to:
- Paper for office and print shop use (Commodity Code: 64500)
- Announcement Stock, Backing Sheets, Boards, Book Paper, Card Stock, Coated Paper, Copy Paper, Cover Stock, Gummed Paper, Index Paper (Commodity Codes: 64510 - 64551)

Specific products include:
1. White paper (8.5 x 11, 20#)
2. Pastel colored paper (8.5 x 11, 20#)
3. Various sizes of white and colored cover stock
4. Specialty papers such as coated silk text and cover
5. Miscellaneous items such as chip boards and cardboard boxes

Bidders must also provide a catalog of similar/related products along with percentage discounts.

Period of Performance
The contract term will begin on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2027. The agency has the option to renew the contract for up to five annual extensions at its discretion.

Place of Performance
The geographic location for performance is implied to be within the State of Iowa as it pertains to state agencies.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all specifications outlined in the 'Specifications & Mandatory Requirements' document attached under Buyer Attachments. Additionally, bidders are required to submit references from three previous customers or clients familiar with their performance in providing similar goods/services.
