Background
The Iowa Department of Administrative Services is seeking bids for the Roof Replacement at IMHI Reynolds North Annex Building located at 2277 Iowa Avenue, Independence, IA. The project is exempt from Iowa Sales Tax and Davis Bacon Wages will not apply to this project.
