Food Items for CDC Warehouse

Background
This Request for Bids (RFB) is issued by the Lead Agency to solicit bids from qualified providers for food items to be delivered to the CDC Warehouse in Woodward, Iowa.
The goal of this contract is to ensure that the Central Distribution Center receives necessary food supplies in a timely manner, supporting the agency's mission to provide essential services.

Work Details
The contract involves the delivery of various food items as specified below:
1. BRAT LINKS - 5,000 LB: Fully cooked heat and serve, all beef, chicken or turkey meat (No Pork), regular brat seasoning, can be bid with or without cheddar cheese. All cases must be inspected by USDA.
2. CHICKEN DICED, FULLY COOKED, FROZEN - 14,000 LB: White chicken meat only, must be whole meat not pressed or formed.
3. BLACK BEANS, CANNED - 224 CS: Grade A, 6 #10 cans per case.
4. BEANS, GREEN, CANNED - 448 CS: Grade B, 1 1/2" Cuts & Longer, no short cuts accepted.
5. POTATOES, HASH BROWNS - 8,000 LB: Frozen, shredded and formed, oven-ready.
6. SPINACH, CHOPPED, FROZEN - 10,000 LB: US Grade A, packaged in bulk or 12 pkgs per case.
7. VEGETABLES, MIXED, FROZEN - 12,000 LB: Must meet quality standards.
8. VINEGAR, WHITE DISTILLED - 192 CS: 50 Grain in 4 - 1 gallon plastic containers.

Period of Performance
The term of the resulting contract will begin after a five-day appeal period following the Notice of Intent to Award is issued and may include annual extensions at the discretion of the Lead Agency.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the CDC Warehouse located at 1251 334th St., Woodward Iowa 50276.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all specifications outlined in this RFB to be deemed responsible bidders and are required to submit certifications regarding their bids.
