Work Details
The selected supplier will provide skilled personnel for application development, customer-facing implementation, configuration, and training for the deployment of Epic applications at University of Iowa Health Care and its Community Connect sites. Services may include:

- OpTime/Anesthesia Analyst

- Beacon Analyst
- Dorothy Analyst
- Hello World Analyst
- Unified Communications Analyst
- Location Services Analyst

Additionally, the supplier must ensure that personnel possess substantial experience and certification in relevant Epic modules and can work autonomously under the supervision of UI Health Care staff.

Period of Performance
The contract will have an initial duration of one year from the award date, with the possibility of extension for up to four additional one-year periods based on mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations associated with University of Iowa Health Care in Iowa City, Iowa, including new or existing Community Connect sites.

Bidder Requirements
Suppliers must demonstrate compliance with specific qualifications including: experience in implementing Epic applications in healthcare settings; ability to provide detailed proposals including itemized quotes; submission of audited financial statements; and adherence to the University's Professional Services Agreement and Business Associate Agreement regarding patient information handling.
