Background
The City of Davenport, Iowa, is initiating the E. 90th Street Pavement Reconstruction Project, which spans from Harrison Street to Holden Drive. This project aims to enhance the roadway infrastructure in alignment with the city's mission to maintain and improve public transportation facilities.

Work Details
The project involves comprehensive improvements including:
- Reconstruction of the existing concrete roadway
- Placement of hot-mix asphalt shoulders
- Installation of subdrains
- Rehabilitation of existing storm and sanitary sewer systems
- Resetting all existing utility surface features to finish grade
- Replacement of adjacent commercial entrances
- Topsoil placement, sodding, and erosion control measures
- All labor, materials, tools, supplies, utility services, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the completion of the project.

Period of Performance
The expected start date for site availability is July 27, 2026. The contractor must complete all work within 70 working days from the Notice to Proceed.

The work will be performed along E. 90th Street from Harrison Street to Holden Drive in Davenport, Iowa.

Bidder Requirements
Contractors must submit bids electronically through the City of Davenport's e-bidding system by March 9, 2026. A Bid Bond of 5% is required for bids over $100,000. Additionally, a Performance Bond equal to 100% of the contract amount will be required for awarded contracts over $100,000. Bidders must provide a Certificate of Insurance covering General Liability, Workers Compensation, and Vehicle insurance as specified.
