DOC MPCF Tuckpointing & DOC MPCF Window Replacement

Background
The Department of Corrections (DOC) is seeking proposals for tuckpointing and window replacement services at the Multi-Purpose Correctional Facility (MPCF). The goal of this contract is to enhance the structural integrity and energy efficiency of the facility, ensuring a safe and secure environment for both staff and inmates.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following services:
1. Tuckpointing: Repairing and restoring mortar joints in brickwork to prevent water infiltration and maintain structural integrity.
2. Window Replacement: Removing existing windows and installing new energy-efficient windows that meet current building codes.

The contractor must ensure that all work complies with relevant safety standards and regulations.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on November 25, 2024, with an expected completion date by December 20, 2024.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Multi-Purpose Correctional Facility (MPCF).
