Work Details
The successful supplier will be expected to fulfill the following scope of services:
1. Optimize Credential Stream and align operational workflow by establishing KPIs and reports/dashboards to monitor progress and turnaround times.
2. Onboard new team members and develop standard work for roles within the clinical staff office (CSO), including coaching the director and determining Quality Improvement Engineer role responsibilities.
3. Develop standard work expectations based on job duties for supervisors and specialists, ensuring workflows are consistent and measurable to achieve KPIs.
4. Update policies guiding work processes.
5. Optimize pre-CSO workflows related to recruitment/hiring/application processes, enhancing communication with departments during primary source verification (PSV) and committee processes.
Period of Performance
The initial duration of the contract will be one year from the effective date, with potential extensions for up to four additional one-year periods, totaling a maximum agreement duration of five years.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations associated with the University of Iowa Health Care system in Iowa City, Iowa.
