Automotive Vehicle Lifts

Work Requested:
The Cedar Rapids Community School District is seeking bids for the provision of automotive vehicle lifts. Suppliers are requested to provide goods and/or services related to these lifts, with all pricing submitted F.O.B. to 2500 Edgewood Rd NW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52405.

Requesting Entity:
This solicitation is issued by the Cedar Rapids Community School District Purchasing Office.

Background:
The District, located in Linn County, State of Iowa, is procuring automotive vehicle lifts and is inviting suppliers to submit competitive bids.

Contract Requirements:

• All pricing must exclude Federal and State taxes.
• The Purchasing Office and/or Board of Directors reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any portion thereof, to waive informalities, and to enter into such contract(s) as deemed in the best interest of the District.

Submission Instructions:

• Sealed bids must be received electronically no later than 3:45pm CST on Tuesday, May 5th.
• All bids must be submitted through the District's online bidding portal, IonWave.
• Bids submitted via email, fax, or hard copy will not be accepted.
• Suppliers are solely responsible for ensuring their bid is accurately and timely submitted through IonWave. The District is not responsible for delays, technical difficulties, or submission errors on the part of the supplier.

Additional Information:

• Bids will be opened on Tuesday, May 5th, after 3:45p.m. CST (District clock).
• All bids will be evaluated promptly following the opening.
• Once an award has been made, a bid tabulation summary will be distributed to all companies that submitted a response. Bid results will not be shared by phone or prior to the official award.
• Bids may be withdrawn at any time prior to the stated closing deadline. However, once submitted, no bid may be modified or withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days following the submission deadline.
