Waimanalo Convenience Center Retrofit, Repair and Resporation

Background
The City and County of Honolulu, through its Department of Environmental Services, is issuing this solicitation for the retrofit, repair, and restoration of the Waimanalo Convenience Center located in Waimanalo, Hawaii.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Retrofit and repair existing structures at the Waimanalo Convenience Center.
2. Install new galvanized chain link fences and gates as specified in Section 260 of the technical specifications. This includes assessment and repair of existing fences, ensuring compliance with ASTM standards for materials used.
3. Ensure that all work adheres to the updated plans and specifications provided in Addendum No. 1, which includes revisions to asphalt mix specifications and chain link fence requirements.
4. Conduct necessary site preparations including vegetation removal that may affect existing structures.
