Structural Fire Fighting Ensemble

Background
The State of Hawaii Department of Transportation, Airports Division, is seeking to procure 18 sets of Globe Structural Fire Fighting Protective Ensembles for use at the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport.
The goal of this contract is to ensure that the airport's firefighting personnel are equipped with high-quality protective gear that meets stringent safety standards.

Work Details
The contractor will provide 18 sets of Globe Structural Fire Fighting Protective Ensemble, which includes a coat and pants per set.
Each coat must meet the following specifications: Globe Coat #KK2N3G10 - GLOBE CLASSIX Gold Flex 7, featuring a Titanium Nano thermal liner, GORE CROSSTECH BLACK moisture barrier, and various functional design elements such as a vision zipper inner closure with Velcro outer storm flap, multiple pockets, and NFPA compliant trim.
Each pair of pants must be Globe Pants #MK2N3G10 - GLOBE CLASSIX Gold Flex7, designed with similar high-quality materials including Titanium Nano thermal liner and GORE CROSSTECH BLACK moisture barrier, along with reinforced knee patches and cargo pockets.
All items must be clean, new, unused from the current production year and model, free from defects in material and workmanship for a warranty period of up to 10 years.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is expected to be completed within 90 days from the date notification (letter to proceed) is received by the vendor.

Place of Performance
All items will be delivered to Daniel K. Inouye International Airport - FIRE STATION #1 located at 51 Elliott Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96819.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must ensure that all items meet or exceed the requirements set forth by NFPA standards including NFPA 1971 (2018 ed.), NFPA 1500 (2018 ed.), and NFPA 1851 (2020 ed.).
Additionally, bidders are required to submit a written price quote that includes total costs covering shipping and tax.
