Background
The City and County of Honolulu, through its Department of Facility Maintenance (DFM) Storm Water Quality Division (SWQ), is seeking a Contractor to provide comprehensive inspections and evaluations of the City's storm drain infrastructure. This initiative aims to gather data that will assist in planning future repair or rehabilitation projects and establish an inventory of existing storm water assets across the Island of Oahu.
Work Details
The Contractor will perform the following tasks:
1. Inspect, clean, evaluate, and assess the condition of storm drain lines, catch basins, inlets, manholes, and box culverts.
2. Compile inspection data for integration into the SWQ’s Cityworks database.
3. Identify and prioritize areas requiring repair.
4. Provide emergency cleaning response for private wastewater spills as needed.
5. Conduct monthly coordination meetings with the City to discuss project status and address any questions.
6. Submit semi-annual usage reports detailing transaction dates, agencies involved, items purchased, quantities, and transaction amounts.
Period of Performance
The contract's period of performance will be specified in Appendix B: Term/Schedule of Work; however, individual work orders may be issued as needed throughout the contract duration.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed across various locations on the Island of Oahu.

Bidders must have personnel certified by NASSCO for manhole and pipeline assessments. The Contractor must comply with all applicable licensing regulations and provide proof of compliance with state requirements before contract award.
