Sidewalk, Curb, and Gutter Repair and Replacement Project at Kalau Place, Waimanalo

Background
The State of Hawaii, through the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL), is seeking contractors for the Sidewalk, Curb, and Gutter Repair and Replacement Project located at 41-217 Kalau Place, Waimanalo on the Island of Oahu.

The mission of DHHL is to manage Hawaiian Home Lands for the benefit of Native Hawaiians. This project aims to repair and replace damaged sidewalk, curb, and gutter areas caused by tree roots, ensuring that all replaced sections match existing dimensions and materials.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the following tasks:
1. Remove damaged sidewalk panels.
2. Repair and replace sidewalk panels to match existing specifications.
3. Replace utility boxes as needed.
4. Remove and replace curb and gutter sections that are damaged.
5. Replace storm drain box culverts as necessary.

All work must adhere to the specifications outlined in the RFQ documents.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be completed within a specified timeframe as detailed in the contract documents.

The work will be performed at 41-217 Kalau Place, Waimanalo, on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii.
