Security Services - AMP 31, 32, 35

Background
The Hawaii Public Housing Authority (HPHA) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) No. PMB-11-2025 to furnish security services at various properties under Asset Management Projects 31, 32, and 35 located on Oahu.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing security services at the following locations:
1. AMP 31: Kalihi Valley Homes, 2250 Kalena Drive, Honolulu, Hawaii 96819
2. AMP 32: Mayor Wright Homes, 521 North Kukui Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96818; Punchbowl Homes, 730 Captain Cook Avenue, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813; Kalanihuia, 1220 Aala Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96817
3. AMP 35: Makamae, 21 South Kuakini Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813; Pumehana, Alokele & Kaiwiula Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96817.

The services include patrolling assigned areas to enforce laws and regulations for property protection and maintaining a safe environment.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to last for a specified duration as outlined in the bid documents.

Place of Performance
The security services will be performed at various properties located on Oahu under the jurisdiction of the Hawaii Public Housing Authority.
