Background
The State of Hawaii, Department of Health (DOH), Developmental Disabilities Division is seeking project management services to oversee various renovation and construction projects.
The goal is to manage the renovation, replacement, and installation of office spaces and structures to improve facilities for the Department's operations.
Work Details
The contractor will manage renovations at two locations:
1) Diamond Head Health Center at 3627 Kilauea Avenue, Honolulu, HI. This includes renovating two office spaces on the 1st and 4th floors by disposing of furniture, painting walls, replacing baseboards, doors, door frames, reconfiguring data and telephone lines, reflooring, installing office door signs, and purchasing new furniture.
2) Waimano Hale Complex at 2201 Waimano Home Road, Pearl City, HI. This includes renovating all office spaces in Hale A, D, and E buildings with similar tasks as above plus demolishing existing walkway covers and installing new ones.
Additionally, the contractor will assist with procurement activities and oversee all repair and construction work.
Period of Performance
The contract will be for a period of twelve (12) months starting from March 17, 2025. It may be extended for up to five additional twelve-month periods upon mutual agreement.

Please allow thirty (30) to forty (40) minutes for the STATE staff to move from the Waimano Hale Complex to the Diamond Head Health Center.
