Provide Filament 3D Printers & Drying Stations for HIDOE

Background
The Hawaii State Department of Education is seeking to procure and deliver filament 3D printers and drying stations for various high schools on the islands of Oahu, Hawaii, Maui, and Kauai. The procurement is being conducted through an Invitation for Bids (IFB) process, with the bid submission deadline set for March 15, 2024. Interested offerors must be registered on the HIePRO eProcurement system to participate in this procurement.

Work Details
The contract involves furnishing and delivering filament 3D printers and drying stations to multiple high schools in Hawaii. The specific products to be provided include filament 3D printers and drying stations for each of the following high schools: Hilo High School, Kaiser High School, Kalaheo High School, Kauai High School, Kulanihakoi High School, Leilehua High School, Maui High School, Mililani High School, Moanalua High School, Waimea High School, and Waipahu High School.

Period of Performance
The contract requires all goods to be delivered by July 31, 2024. Upon delivery, the Contract Administrator or Point of Contact will conduct an inspection within one week.
The contract period is set to commence upon full execution of the contract and end on July 31, 2024.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations where the contract will be performed include multiple high schools across the islands of Oahu, Hawaii, Maui, and Kauai.
Each high school has a designated Point of Contact for coordinating delivery.
