Promotional Materials for Hawaii Department of Agriculture FY25

Background
The Hawaii Department of Agriculture is seeking promotional materials for the fiscal year 2025. The goal of this contract is to provide various branded items that promote the department's initiatives and enhance public engagement.

Work Details
The contractor will supply the following promotional items:

1. Plastic Hand Fan: 2000 units, clear handle with black fan, size 6-3/4” diameter handle, logo imprint 3”H x 4”W.

2. Garden Tool – Shovel: 600 units, plastic shovel head, white handle with black shovel, size 3-1/8" H x 11" W x 1-1/2" D, logo imprint on handle.

3. 5-in-1 Measuring Spoon: 900 units, translucent blue, size 2" x 5.75" x .75", logo imprint on handle.

4. Reusable Food Storage Bag: 600 units, EVA plastic with zip top closure, size 6.75" x 9.75" x 3", logo imprint in the middle of the bag.

5. Antibacterial Wet Wipe Pack: 800 units, light citrus scented wipes in resealable packaging, size 2-3/4" H x 6" W, logo imprint on front.

6. Price-Buster Cotton Twill Cap: 200 units in royal blue, black and gray colors, one size fits most, logo imprint on the middle of the hat.

7. Cotton Twill Visor: 200 units in black, navy and forest green colors, one size fits most, logo imprint on the middle of the visor.

8. Frixon Pen: 1400 units available in blue or black ink with logo imprint on barrel.

9. Cooler Bag: 600 units made from polyester with foam insulation and leak-resistant lining; holds six standard cans.

10. Citrus Peeler: 800 total (400 each for two different imprints), translucent blue and lime colors.

11. Vegetable Peeler: 1000 units with a clear plastic head and red/stainless color scheme.

12. Tab Keychain-Translucent: 300 units in translucent lime color.

13. Tumbler with Lid and Straw -26 oz.: 500 units in yellow/green color.

14. Phone Stand Bottle Opener Keychain: 250 units in white/blue color.

15. Shot Glass -2 oz.: 400 units in light blue/purple color.

16. Rice Paddle-Translucent: 520 total (260 each for two different imprints).

17. Mini First Aid Kit: 200 units in lime/black color.

18. Polyweave Zippered Pouch-4x4: Clear pouch with zipper closure; total quantity of 300.

19. Portable Cutlery Set: Fork, spoon and knife set; total quantity of 150.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed during fiscal year FY25.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to locations specified by the Hawaii Department of Agriculture.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must include all shipping and processing fees in their total quote price.
