Project Management Services to Oversee Maintenance Services on the Consolidated Rental Car Facilities; Daniel K. Inouye International Airport and Kahului Airport

Background
The Department of Transportation (DOT), Airports Division is seeking qualified engineering firms to provide construction management services for the Project Management Services to Oversee Maintenance Services on the Consolidated Rental Car Facilities at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport and Kahului Airport.

The goal of this contract is to ensure effective oversight of maintenance activities for State-owned assets associated with these facilities.

Work Details
The contractor will provide oversight of maintenance activities for all State-owned assets related to the two Consolidated Rental Car Facilities, which includes buildings, structures, operating systems, equipment, and other related items provided by the State of Hawaii.

The contract is a Lump Sum contract with an estimated cost not exceeding $2,500,000.00. The contractor must be on HDOT’s Qualified Consultant List for fiscal year 2025 and must submit a response to a written questionnaire detailing their qualifications and experience in construction management services.

Period of Performance
The contract duration is approximately 1825 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, with an overall performance period of 5 years.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport and Kahului Airport in Hawaii.

Bidder Requirements
Firms must provide proof of insurance including:
- General liability insurance with limits of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate;
- Automobile liability insurance with limits of not less than $1,000,000 per accident;
- Professional liability insurance with limits of not less than $1,000,000 per claim and $2,000,000 annual aggregate.

Additionally, firms must comply with Section 103D-310c HRS regarding business registration and licensing requirements.
