Price Term Agreement For PNeumatic Tires And Tubes For All Agencies Of The County Of Hawai I

Background
The County of Hawai'i is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to establish a Price Term Agreement for the furnishing and delivering of pneumatic tires and tubes, including recapping or retreading services, for all agencies within the County.

The contract aims to ensure that all agencies have access to necessary tire products and services to support their operations effectively. The agreement will be in effect for a one-year period from February 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing pneumatic tires and tubes as well as recapping or retreading services. Specific requirements include:
- Furnishing and delivering various types of pneumatic tires and tubes suitable for different vehicles used by County agencies.
- Providing recapping or retreading services for existing tires to extend their usability.

Bidder Requirements
